Jackie and Mike Quinn recall their first show dog "Shammy", that was 1989. Jackie remembers purchasing Shammy as the family pet, in an attempt to replace their original Dalmatian "Molly" who was part of the family for 15 years.
We went to our first dog show in Chester, NJ and thought showing dogs might be a fun thing to do, since both of our children were off to College.
That was the beginning of Shamrock Dalmatians and a wonderful successful experience. Our kennel has owned and produced many Champions, including; multiple Group, Best in Show and Best in Specialty Winners.
